The main goal for Land Locker is to increase the capital of our partners. To meet these expectations, we prepare investment land, extensive financial models, business plans, schedules, we are responsible for obtaining the necessary decisions, or finally we implement entire cubature investments until obtaining an occupancy permit.
Building a factory or warehouse is not rocket science! That is why we believe that a competitive approach against the background of “big players” will save our partners millions, while maintaining a higher standard – for us you are not “one of many customers”, for us you are our PARTNER.
The scope of our services is full and includes searching for investment areas, carrying out a due diligence process (legal, technical, environmental), or obtaining documents indicated and required by the Partner (among others are environmental decision, decision on building conditions, building permit). Because for countless hours we have been preparing investment projects on the side of the developer or investor, we know what the requirements are for us. That is why, when you receive information about an investment opportunity, you can be sure that issues such as development possibilities, road access, media, competition, attitude of local governments and many other factors have been thoroughly examined by us.
